The Hyundai HY3000Si is another extremely popular generator in the Hyundai series of digital inverters, encompassing a variety of useful and market-leading features designed to make the once arduous camping or motorhome trip much more convenient and enjoyable.

Designed as a suitcase-style generator, the HY3000Si is a versatile and lightweight unit, providing a maximum of 2.8kW of electricity from its 5.2hp 149cc Hyundai 4-stroke petrol engine. The digital inverter technology inside the unit helps output a pure sine wave current, perfectly mimicking mains supply electricity for a clean, smooth outcome.

The output of the HY3000Si is slightly larger than that of the HY2000Si, however the size of the generator in comparison to the HY2000Si and the HY2000SEi are exactly the same, with only slightly differing weight, whilst the overall dimensions remain exactly the same. This means that, though the power output is greater, there is no need for a much larger unit in size.

Like the other generators in the digital inverter range, the HY3000Si also makes use of the ‘ECO’ setting, which lets the generator run at a much more economical setting, only outputting as much power as is required, resulting in a lower rate of fuel consumption, lower engine revs which help expand the life of the unit as a whole and decreases the operating noise level of the generator immensely.
